Day 1: NJP to Darjeeling (2 Nights Stay)

Arrival at NJP / Bagdogra.

 Seightseeing by car for  the first day, start early with a trip to Tiger Hill to catch the sunrise, then stop at Ghoom Monastery and the Batasia Loop on your way back toward the town center. After breakfast, head to the Darjeeling Railway Station for a heritage Toy Train joyride, ending your afternoon with a relaxed stroll and dinner around Chowrasta and Mall Road.

Day 2: Darjeeling Full Day Sightseeing

On your second day, focus on the northern cluster by starting at the Darjeeling Ropeway to avoid midday crowds, followed by a visit to the Himalayan Zoological Park and the Himalayan MountaineeringInstitute, which share the same grounds. From there, take the downhill path to the Happy Valley Tea Estate for a garden tour, before wrapping up your trip with a peaceful visit to the Japanese Peace Pagoda and a quick stop at the Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Centre for authentic local handicrafts.

Day 3: Darjeeling to Takdah (1 Night Stay)

The route from Darjeeling to Takdah via Peshok Road offers several scenic stops that make the nearly 2-hour drive worthwhile. Early into your journey, you canvisit the Lamahatta Eco Park, known for its manicured roadside gardens, fluttering Buddhist prayer flags,and a tranquil foresttrail leading to a sacred lake.

Day 4: Takdah to Tinchuley (1 Night Stay)

The traveling time between Takdahand Tinchuley is approximately 15 to 20 minutes by car. Asyoucontinue, you will pass through the lush, rolling slopes of the Peshok Tea Garden, where the Lovers’MeetViewpoint provides a stunning panoramic view of the confluence of the Teesta and Rangeet rivers.

Day 5: Tinchuley to Lamahatta (1 Night Stay)

Traveling between Tinchuley and Lamahatta typically takes 20 to 30 minutes by car. The driving distance is approximately 6 to 7 kilometres via the Tinchuley-Lopchu Road and Peshok Road. For those interested in historical relics, this is a 100-year-old suspension bridge located near Takdah. It’s a quiet spot that many tourists miss while heading straight for the viewpoints.  

Rungli Rungliot Tea Estate & Factory

Located near Takdah, this is one of the oldest tea estates in the region. 

• What to see: Walk through the "zero point" of the plantation to see rolling tea gardens and interact with local workers.
• Tea Factory: You can visit the Runglee Tea Factory to see how orthodox-quality tea is processed (usually closed on Sundays and holidays; prior permission may be needed).
• Folklore: The name means "thus far and no further," supposedly uttered by a monk who found his search for the best aromatic tea ended here.

Overnight stay Lamahatta

Day 6: Lamahatta to Chatakpur (1 Night Stay)

Travelling from Lamahatta to Chatakpur typically takes about 1 to 2 hours by car, covering roughly 20-30 km, depending on road conditions. The Jogighat Hanging Bridge is a hidden gem spanning the Riyang River, offering a picturesque setting where the sound of flowing water and the surrounding greenery create a perfect backdrop for photography. Moving toward the tranquil hills, Chhota Mangwa provides a peaceful escape known for its vast orange orchards and a quiet ambiance that feels worlds away from the busy tourist trails. Finally, reaching Chatakpur Village brings you into a pristine eco-village nestled deep within the Senchal Wildlife Sanctuary, where the secluded forest environment and breathtaking views of Kanchenjunga offer a truly immersive nature experience.

Day 7: Chatakpur to NJP (Departure)

Breakfast & drive back to NJP (3–3.5 hrs).Tour ends with scenic memories.
