Mizoram Trip

Day 1 – Arrival in Aizawl
Arrive at Aizawl by flight (Lengpui Airport) or by train from Assam, nearest railway is Silchar railway station then by taxi transfer to hotel and take rest after the journey.
In the evening, visit Bara Bazar, the main market of Aizawl. Walk around, explore local shops, and enjoy the peaceful hill environment.
Day 2 – Aizawl Sightseeing
After wholesome breakfast, wander the city. Visit Mizoram State Museum to understand Aizwal”s local culture and history.
Next, make your way to Solomon’s Temple, a beautiful and peaceful place, known for its grand white architecture and peaceful surroundings.
Later, procced to Durtlang Hills for a mesmerizing view of the city skyline.
Back to hotel, Spend your evening time and trying local Mizo food.
Day 3 – Trip to Reiek Tlang
Following breakfast, begin your journey to Reiek Tlang (around 1–2 hours).
This place is perfect for nature lovers, with green hills and fresh air. You can do a short trek and enjoy amazing views. Visitors can also explore the traditional Mizo heritage village nearby, which showcase local culture of village life.
Then return to Aizawl by evening and take rest in hotel.
Day 4 –Exploring the route from Aizawl to Thenzawl
After breakfast, set out for the scenic Thenzawl (about 90 km).Along with the journey, admire the scenic landscape and natural beauty.
After arrival, explore the village and visit local handloom centers showcasing traditional weaving.
Overnight stay in Thenzawl to enjoy a peaceful atmosphere.
Day 5 – After visiting Vantawng Falls, travel back to Aizawl
Following a hearty breakfast, head to Vantawng Falls, the highest waterfall in Mizoram, nesteled amidst thick forests and scenic hills.
Relish the natural surroundings and capture memories through photos,then return to Aizawl for evening relaxation.
Day 6 – Time to say Goodbye!
Following breakfast, depart from the hotel and procced to
Lengpui Airport, concluding your Mizoram adventure with unforgettable memories of Mizoram hills, culture, tranquility.
